We invite you to participate in an exclusive webinar presented by Johan Vandendriessche

This presentation focuses on the concept of “persons acting under the authority of the controller or processor.”

It first examines the qualification of employees, volunteers and freelancers.

It then discusses the consequences of this qualification in light of recent case law of the Court of Justice, particularly regarding transparency obligations, access requests, personal data breaches, liability and public enforcement.

Finally, it briefly considers possible developments concerning the qualification of processors.
