On July 16, 2020, the Court of Justice of the European Union invalidated the Privacy Shield Framework as a transfer mechanism for the export of personal data to the US.

This judgment is known as the “Schrems II” case.

The speakers will discuss the implications for the exchange of personal data with the US.
