Dear Madame, dear Sir,
dpo pro invites you to his next French-Dutch speaking webinar on 2022, April 26 @ 3:30 PM.
Laure-Anne Nyssen – Avocates Philippe & Partners (FR) and Bart van Buitenen – Dasprive VZW (NL) will present:
« What are the good practices and measures to be taken in the context of international transfers of personal data »
What are the new obligations/prohibitions on international data transfers for my company since the Schrems II ruling on 16 July 2020 by the CJEU?
What do the recommendations of the European Data Protection Board say about additional measures that must be taken?
Are some transfer tools more suitable than others?
What are the consequences of the judgment, including for transfers to countries offering an adequate level of protection? What are the best legal and operational practices?
Our speakers will try to answer these questions in the light of recent decisions in this area (e.g. Google Analytics, etc.) and to present alternatives from a technical point of view that will enable you to comply with the GDPR in a context that is not particularly favorable to data transfers outside the EU.
